These works are more
personal in origin. They reflect my creative fascination with pattern,
colour and the 'meaningfulness' of ancient artefacts. some look like
contemporary objects, others are like modern 'relics' - but they all
share the same aesthetic, intellectual and emotive origins.
Blue Sequence - Fused glass 370 x 530mm - £400
'Kirta' - Fused, painted and etched glass, metallic silver, wood.
1000mm x 1000mm £1250
Exhibited in 'Migrate' a Scottish Glass Society exhibition. The piece
evokes the culture of an island race, exploring by sea, Viking-like,
carrying their identity and image of the homeland with them.
This cast glass piece evokes a ritual object - perhaps a sacrificial knife. 400mm

A 'lost organic' cast of a vegetable which features 3-d fractal patterns.

'Windblown' - combining leading and copper foil, this panel is a drawing realised in glass.
